I just placed my order, can I edit or cancel it?

Unfortunately, there is no way to change an order once it has been processed, that includes adding additional items, canceling an order, changing quantity, size, or color. All orders, including any placed directly through customer service, are sent directly to shipping after completion.  Once the order is completed and an order number issued no updates can be made.

How can I place an order?

CURVY Revolution uses a simple and secure checkout process for quick, easy purchasing. Select the item on any product page and then select and indicate the size, color and quantity for each item. Next, click on “Add to Cart”. At any time you can just click on the “MY CART” icon on the upper right corner of your screen to checkout. Follow the steps and enter the information needed to complete the checkout process.

What are your shipping rates?

For all orders that are above $99, CURVY offers FREE standard shipping. For orders below $99, our standard shipping is $5.99. This applies only to orders shipped within the United States of America. Click here to read our entire shipping policies.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following payment types:  Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners, American Express, and Amazon Pay.

Sorry, we do not accept personal checks, money orders, cash, or cash-on-delivery (C.O.D.).

I recently ordered something, but now it's on sale. Do you honor price adjustments?

No, price adjustments will not be honored for online purchases. We aim to have consistent pricing throughout our website and stores. However, we do offer special promotions that are exclusive to our website. Frequent “Flash Sales” have pricing that is limited to only the indicated hours.

What is your return policy?

Our policy is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 14 days has elapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund. Click here to view our full return policy.

How can I track the status of my order?

After placing an order on CURVYRevolution.com, you will receive an order confirmation email, which indicates the merchandise you purchased and the amount you will be charged once the item has shipped.

You will also receive a second email once your order has actually shipped from our fulfillment center. This second email will include a tracking number and other details that will let you determine the progress of your order. You can also get your tracking number by logging into “My account”

Do you ship to military addresses or P.O. Boxes?

We are proud to say we ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO addresses) within USPS capabilities.

Sorry, but we cannot offer shipping to PO Boxes at this time.

What can I buy with my gift card?

e-gift cards can be redeemed for merchandise on CURVY Revolution.com. You may not redeem more than one gift card in the same transaction.

How do I place an order online?

Ordering is quick, easy, and secure. Our online ordering system provides you with all the necessary links, prompts, and messages to ensure order accuracy and to help you have an enjoyable shopping experience. Add at least one item to your shopping bag and then go to checkout (or click the Shopping Bag button below the search box). During checkout, you can select shipping options, add billing and shipping addresses, and enter payment information. Please review your order before it is final, to ensure everything is correct. You may go back to your shopping bag at any time and make changes to the color, size, or quantity of an item. We accept the following credit cards for online purchases: VISA®, MasterCard®, Discover®, and American Express®, as well as Amazon Pay. Please note that we do not accept cash, personal checks, or money orders. We also do not ship orders C.O.D. At the end of your checkout process, we will provide you with an online message notifying you that your order is being processed. You may print this message for your records. Subsequently, you’ll receive an official order confirmation via the email address in your account profile.

How do I place an order with a Gift Card?

If you would like to place an order using a gift card, simply enter the number of your merchandise gift card in the gift card box at checkout. If the amount on the gift card doesn’t cover your purchase, you will be asked to provide an additional method of payment.

What does it cost me to use Amazon Pay?

It costs you nothing. Using Amazon Pay adds no fees to your transaction with the merchant. Your purchase incurs no transaction fee, no membership fee, no currency conversion fee, no foreign transaction fee, and no other fees. Your card issuer, however, may add a foreign transaction fee if your card was issued in a country different from the merchant’s, as well as any other fees described in the terms and conditions for your card.

What is Klarna?

Klarna’s Financing Account is a credit option offered at the checkout that provides you with a revolving account and is similar to a traditional credit card, but without the physical card.

To use Klarna’s financing options, simply select to pay later with financing and choose your preferred payment plan. You’ll be informed of an annual interest rate upfront before you complete the transaction. To apply for the one-time credit agreement complete a simple, 4-step credit application with your personal information. You will know instantly if you are approved and can complete the order right away. The credit is issued by WebBank in partnership with Klarna and allows you to pay for your purchases over time.

As soon as the store ships your order, you will receive an email from Klarna outlining your payment schedule and your purchase will be added to your account balance. If you already have a Klarna credit account the order amount of any purchases you make with the Financing option will be added to your total balance, provided the new purchase does not take you over your available credit limit.

Do you accept orders with a Check or Money Order?

We do not accept cash, personal checks, or money orders for online or phone purchases.

What is Amazon Pay?

Amazon Pay is a service that lets you use the payment methods already associated with your Amazon account to make payments for goods, services, and donations on third-party websites, in apps, and using Alexa. To make a payment, you can use any of the payment methods on file in your Amazon account.

How do I redeem my coupon online?

Coupon codes may be redeemed by entering the code in your shopping bag in the box labeled “Enter Coupon Code:” and clicking “Apply”. The discount will be reflected on applicable items and in your order total. Please note: curvyrevolution.com is only able to apply one coupon code per transaction. Coupons are not valid on gift cards, e-gift cards, or clearance merchandise. Please review the disclaimer on the individual coupons for other exclusions and restrictions.

When Will I Be Billed For My Order?

After you place your order we hold an authorization of funds on our card. The hold is temporary. You will be fully billed for your order when the order ships from our fulfillment centers.
