Quite a while back I had the opportunity to try out several products from IT&LY’s hair line. The IT&LY Purity Design Pure Definition Paste really stood out to me among the products. Before I started using hair powders left and right, I preferred hair paste, as it’s perfect in my book for short piecey cuts or for holding unruly locks into place. For those of you who haven’t heard of IT&LY, they’re cruelty-free and eco-friendly.
The Website Claims:
This light hold paste is ideal for modeling and stressing special hair details. It’s rich in Cocoa Butter, which leaves the hair soft, healthy and nourished.

Does it live up to its claims?
Yes! It’s a great hair paste! It’s perfect for dealing with my bangs or other sections of hair. It’s also nice because it doesn’t leave a sticky residue. It feels closer to body butter than anything else. Right now, I mostly use it in my fringe if I want to have it be more piecey. It’s also reasonably priced for the amount of product.
My only complaint is that the packaging makes it difficult to tell the product name, the ingredients and directions. There’s a lot of words all over the place in multiple directions. Otherwise, it’s a great hair product, especially if you have short hair, layered hair or curly hair. The cocoa butter is really moisturizing.
