#TOPCHEF Foiled Again! Recap Ep. 7 Seattle +GIVEAWAY

Last night was a very Berry Berry good episode of Bravo’s hit show TOP Chef. This episode brought back  Stephanie Izard season 4 winner as a judge. Stephanie was the first and only female winner of  Top Chef! Way to go gurlie!

The chefs had two battles waiting for them in the kitchen. One was cooking without any pots or pans by only using aluminium foil. This wasn’t your moms backyard BBQs. Try making a gourmet meal with nothing but foul! At the end of the challenge Brooke, Micah and Josh were in the bottom.  Sheldon, Daneyell and Kristen take top honors in the challenge.

Elimination round was fought  head to head on the great  battlefields of a berry festival! Gooseberries, raspberries  strawberries, blackberries, and pretty much every berry you can think of was used to  make various dishes. Some looked tasty and some looked well, interesting.  Kristen was the victor in the final round with Danyell on the outs. But the most entertaining chef of this episode was goes to Josie! Her personality burted through the seams! I predict lots of fireworks in the upcoming episodes.

  1. My favorite dish to prepare is Poached Lobster.

    4 – Raw Lobster Tails (cut into small chunks)
    1 – Pound of Sweet Cream Salted Butter

    Place in stock pot on low heat, continue to cover from with butter until done.
