Adele & The Academy’s!

We could’ve had it alllllllll!!!!!

Ok.. that song is old but has open up major doors for 24-year-old London singer Adele! Well it was the best crossover song in the US in 25 years, and has sold over 8.2 million copies, so what did you think? Well she’s ready to give us more. The new mother has joined forces again with co writer of the mega hit, Paul Epworth, continuing their success. The two previously written the new smash hit for the latest James Bond film “Skyfall” and it’s already sold over 2 million records worldwide!

The tune also just snagged a Golden Globe Award for “Best Original Song” and is nominated for this years Academy Awards for “Best Song”. A nomination that havent been seen for a James Bond theme song since Sheena Easton‘s “For your Eyes Only” in 1981. So what’s next? They just released that the Roberta Flack inspired singer will perform her record buzzing song at the 85th Academy Awards! This year is really looking good for our CURVY Adele!

The 85th Academy Awards will be held live from the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood February 24, 2013. We hope Adele blows the roof off since this year the academy will honor producers Craig Zaden and Neil Moron, on their 50th anniversary for the James Bond series!
