Popular woman’s network Lifetime is yet again releasing another biography. Following the success and negative views from Lindsay Lohan starring in “Liz & Dick“, the network is telling another side in the story of the late Anna Nicole Smith. The playboy bunny turned reality star tragic story will be shown on the network later this June and is reportedly telling all the facts the media left out regarding the drug use, family death and fight for her billionaire husband, oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall‘s estate.
Agnes Brucker will play the the role of Anna, who lost her life back in 2007 as an result of an overdose from prescription pills when she was only 39 years old. And check this out, according to the New York Daily News, it reportedly took several hours and a team of artists to apply prosthetics, fake breasts and a hefty dose of makeup to transform Agnes into Smith! Talk about loving your job!
“There would literally be six different people slaving over me, pulling, pushing and yanking different parts,” Bruckner told the Daily News. “For her bigger days, I had to wear fat suits and neck prosthetics. It was unbelievable. The breasts alone took about an hour and a half to put on and get right. The first day we used them it took three hours.”
Whew, kudos girl! We appreciate Agnes input on the production of the film as well. She wanted to capture all of Anna, not just what the tabloids preached about her.
“Doing this project I really did become protective over Anna Nicole. What we’re trying to show is a completely vulnerable side of her, a very loving and human side. I think she really was just judged for her mistakes and that is wrong. If her family and friends watch the film, I’m hoping they really appreciate and see that.”
Reports are in that the battle over Marshall’s money is still being fought in court. TMZ reports that on Thursday, a judge ruled that Anna’s daughter Dannielynn, 6, is entitled to sanctions against Marshall’s family and the sanctions could run as high as $49 million.
